6. CAREER COACHING DISCLAIMER

Quinntessential Coaching provides coaching and educational support. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice.

Coaching is not recruitment, executive search, job placement, or employment agency services.

Participation in coaching does not create any obligation for Quinntessential Coaching to introduce, recommend, refer, or place any client into employment opportunities.

You remain solely responsible for your career decisions, job applications, interviews, negotiations, and professional actions.

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

You acknowledge that coaching is a collaborative process.

You agree that:

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.
You are responsible for implementing any advice, frameworks, exercises, or recommendations.
You are responsible for evaluating whether any guidance is appropriate for your circumstances.
We are not liable for outcomes resulting from your choices, actions, or inaction.

8. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

Certain services may require account registration, membership access, or password-protected access.

9. PAYMENTS, PURCHASES AND REFUNDS

Coaching Services

All coaching fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unless otherwise required by law, coaching fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

Digital Products

All purchases of digital products, downloadable materials, templates, worksheets, recordings, and online courses are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

Courses and Memberships

Access to courses, memberships, and online programs may be suspended or terminated if payment obligations are not met.

You may not share, transfer, resell, or redistribute access to paid programs or membership content.

Events, Workshops and Webinars

Refund, cancellation, and transfer policies for events, workshops, webinars, and live programs will be communicated separately at the time of registration.

Coaching Packages

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, coaching packages expire twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

Unused sessions may be forfeited after expiration.

Missed Sessions

Sessions cancelled with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice may be forfeited.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in loss of that session without refund.

10. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

Use our website or services for unlawful purposes.
Impersonate another person or organization.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software.
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or platforms.

All content, materials, frameworks, methodologies, branding, and resources made available through Quinntessential Coaching are owned by or licensed to Quinntessential Coaching.

12. LIMITED LICENSE

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use purchased materials solely for your personal and non-commercial use.

Upload elsewhere

without prior written consent.

13. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

If you submit comments, reviews, testimonials, feedback, questions, community posts, success stories, or other content, you grant Quinntessential Coaching a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, display, and promote such content for lawful business, educational, marketing, and promotional purposes.

14. TESTIMONIALS AND SUCCESS STORIES

By voluntarily providing a testimonial, review, recommendation, case study, or success story, you permit Quinntessential Coaching to use, edit, reproduce, publish, and display such content for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes.

We may use your name, role, company, image, likeness, or other identifying details only where you have provided them or consented to their use.

15. RECORDING CONSENT

Some coaching sessions, webinars, workshops, group programs, or events may be recorded for educational, operational, quality assurance, or promotional purposes.

Where recordings are made, we will provide notice where reasonably practical.

By participating in recorded sessions or events, you consent to the recording, storage, editing, publication, and use of your voice, image, likeness, questions, comments, and contributions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We respect the confidentiality of coaching engagements.

Information shared during coaching sessions will generally remain confidential except where:

17. CORPORATE COACHING AND GROUP PROGRAMS

Where services are provided to organizations, employers, or corporate clients, Quinntessential Coaching is not responsible for employment decisions, promotion decisions, compensation decisions, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, or internal organizational matters relating to participants.

Corporate clients are responsible for ensuring that their employees, participants, and representatives comply with these Terms.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Quinntessential Coaching during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
